The warmth and comfort of my room, particularly the splendid bathroom with its delightful bathtub, provided a luxurious escape after a day exploring the vibrant Jesmond area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped tea and coffee station, making it easy to relax with a hot brew in hand while enjoying the serene outdoor garden furniture. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my experience memorable, from their friendly service to their insightful recommendations that helped me discover local treasures.
